Blue Door Capital Group LLC is a privately held investment company that focuses on the acquisition and management of value-add multifamily properties. We specialize in repositioning well located assets in emerging markets to protect investor capital and provide high yield returns.

Our core mission of protecting our investment partners’ capital begins with our sole focus on multifamily properties. The firm’s strategy focuses on improving Class A-, B & C+ apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upturns. Within multifamily, Class A-, B & C+ provides one of the most attractive investment opportunities due to the imbalance between the strong and growing demand and limited new supply of these units.

Chris has been in the real estate investment space since 2007. His portfolio currently is comprised of single-family homes and multi-family properties totaling more than 600 units.  

Chris started his first business in 2001, which specialized in offering cost saving solutions to government agencies and school districts in the Managed Print Services industry. Chris grew that company to annual sales of $500,000. He has served more than 300 clients, including the County of Los Angeles and 7 of the largest school districts in Southern California. In 2007 Chris started a financial services business that focused primarily on various cost saving strategies for business owners and real estate investors not limited to but include cost segregation. These tax benefits provide significant advantages for business owners, real estate investors, and property owners. Chris has helped more than 500 clients save over 300 million in tax savings over the last 10 years.
